Brock Purdy Misses Out on Jauan Jennings Reunion as Trade Fails

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy will not be reunited with wide receiver Jauan Jennings after Jennings rejected a trade deal that would have sent him back to San Francisco. Decimated by injuries at wide receiver, the 6-1 49ers had worked out a trade framework with the undefeated Minnesota Vikings, but the deal fell through after Jennings declined to return to Kyle Shanahan and Purdy's offense.
