Derwin James Placed on IR Following Hamstring Injury Setback

The Los Angeles Chargers placed star safety Derwin James on injured reserve after suffering a setback in his recovery from a hamstring injury. Sidelined since Week 3 (Sept. 27), the five-time Pro Bowler will now miss additional time and is ineligible to return until Week 12 against New England at the earliest. James has recorded 21 total tackles and one pass defensed across three games this season.
