T'Vondre Sweat Lands on Injured Reserve With Knee Injury

The New York Jets placed defensive tackle T'Vondre Sweat on injured reserve after he suffered a knee injury in Week 7 against the Miami Dolphins. Sweat, who posted 17 tackles and two tackles for loss in seven games, will miss extended time but could return before the regular season ends. In a corresponding move, New York signed defensive tackle Payton Page to the active roster to provide defensive line depth.
