DeForest Buckner Traded From Colts to 49ers in Major Roster Move

Indianapolis Colts veteran defensive tackle DeForest Buckner was traded to the San Francisco 49ers earlier this week as part of a series of roster moves. Buckner's departure prompted Indianapolis to fill his vacant active roster spot by signing defensive tackle Kevin Givens off the 49ers' practice squad. Buckner was one of two veterans traded away by Indianapolis, alongside guard Quenton Nelson.
