Alex Newhook Scores Twice in Montreal Canadiens Win Over Dallas Stars

Alex Newhook notched his ninth career multi-goal game, scoring twice during the Montreal Canadiens' 5-2 victory over the Dallas Stars. The former Colorado Avalanche first-round pick opened the scoring late in the first period before adding a second early in the second frame. Through 13 games this season, Newhook has compiled three goals and three assists for six points as he seeks a full, healthy campaign following an injury-plagued 2023-24 season.
