Ryan Pulock Suffers Upper-Body Injury in Early Exit Against Wild

Ryan Pulock left Thursday's 4-3 overtime victory over the Minnesota Wild with an upper-body injury after playing just 51 seconds in the first period. The New York Islanders defenseman did not return, leaving the team with five defensemen for the remainder of the contest. Pulock is expected to miss at least a game or two, beginning with Saturday's matchup against the Edmonton Oilers. Matt Kessel is anticipated to re-enter the lineup as his replacement.
