Jamree Kromah Waived by Chicago Bears to Make Room for Simmons

The Chicago Bears cleared a spot on their 53-man roster by waiving defensive end Jamree Kromah. The roster move comes as the team prepares to officially process the blockbuster trade acquiring All-Pro defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons from the Tennessee Titans. Kromah was inactive for Chicago's first five games this season and recorded two tackles and a tackle for loss across 28 defensive snaps over his last two appearances.
