DeMario Douglas Set to Lead Patriots' Wide Receivers in Week 8

New England Patriots wide receiver DeMario Douglas is set to act as the primary receiving option in Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. With star target A.J. Brown sidelined from practice due to a knee issue that flared up on Wednesday, Douglas leads a thin Patriots receiver room that features only three healthy active wideouts, requiring him to absorb a larger target share in a crucial AFC East contest.
