Taron Johnson Set for Critical Slot Matchup Against Omar Cooper Jr.

Las Vegas Raiders veteran nickel cornerback Taron Johnson faces a pivotal Week 8 matchup against New York Jets rookie slot receiver Omar Cooper Jr. Johnson ranks fifth among slot corners by allowing just 0.63 yards per coverage snap on 10 catches for 96 yards. However, Johnson has allowed four failed tackle attempts over his past three games, making his ability to limit Cooper's yards after catch crucial.
