Jack St. Ivany Shines In Capitals Debut With Two Assists Against Flyers

Just four days after being claimed off waivers from the Winnipeg Jets, defenceman Jack St. Ivany made a stellar Washington debut in a 5-2 win over the Philadelphia Flyers. Playing alongside rookie Cole Hutson, St. Ivany picked up an early assist on Alex Tuch's opening goal and added a second helper later, finishing with two points, a plus-two rating, and 14:44 of ice time. The strong performance immediately surpasses his output from four games with Winnipeg this season.
