Dameon Pierce Placed on Injured Reserve With Undisclosed Injury

The Philadelphia Eagles placed running back Dameon Pierce on injured reserve Wednesday following his late exit from Monday night's loss against the Dallas Cowboys with an undisclosed injury. Pierce led all Eagles running backs in touches on Monday with Saquon Barkley limited. He will miss at least four games, joining fellow running backs Tank Bigsby and Will Shipley on IR. In a corresponding move, Jaydon Blue was elevated to the active 53-man roster to help shore up the depleted backfield.
