Santi Aldama Recalled After Practice, Nears Mavericks Debut

Dallas Mavericks forward Santi Aldama was recalled from the G League's Texas Legends after completing a practice scrimmage as part of his return-to-play protocol. Dallas upgraded Aldama to doubtful for Wednesday's contest against Oklahoma City, with a debut possible on Friday against Houston or Monday against Sacramento. Acquired in a six-team draft-day trade, the sixth-year big man averaged 15.0 points per game with Memphis last season and offers versatile floor-spacing.
