Logan Thompson Considered Game-Time Decision for Wednesday

Washington Capitals goaltender Logan Thompson is a game-time decision for Wednesday's home matchup against the Philadelphia Flyers due to a lower-body injury. Although Thompson was the first goalie off during the morning skate, he remains on injured reserve. Head coach Spencer Carbery stated the team will evaluate his status later in the day. If Thompson is sidelined, either Charlie Lindgren or Mitchell Gibson will likely get the starting nod in the crease.
