Ben Kindel Returns to Penguins Practice Following Medical Incident
Pittsburgh Penguins center Ben Kindel returned to practice in a full-contact capacity Tuesday, skating on the second line alongside Evgeni Malkin and Egor Chinakhov. The 19-year-old was hospitalized after a vasovagal episode caused him to faint on the team plane on Oct. 20, but he could return to the lineup Thursday against the Utah Mammoth. Prior to the medical incident, Kindel tallied two goals, four points, and 23 shots on goal across nine games this season.
