Ebuka Okorie Awaits Expanded Role Following Strong Preseason

Detroit Pistons rookie guard Ebuka Okorie has seen limited playing time early in the season due to the team's veteran depth. The Stanford rookie made a brief appearance against Philadelphia, scoring his first NBA points at the free-throw line after drawing a foul on a back cut. Following a strong preseason where he acted as a spark plug, Okorie is expected to eventually carve out a more consistent role within the rotation.
