Tremaine Edmunds Out for Season After Suffering Torn Chest Muscle

New York Giants linebacker Tremaine Edmunds has been ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a torn chest muscle in Week 6 against the New Orleans Saints. Prior to the injury, Edmunds recorded 50 tackles, two sacks, and two pass breakups while playing 100 percent of defensive snaps. In his absence, Micah McFadden and rookie Arvell Reese stepped into full-time roles, leading the defense during a 27-21 overtime victory over Houston.
