Freddy Peralta Struggles as Rays Fall Behind 3-0 in World Series
Tampa Bay Rays starter Freddy Peralta struggled with command in Game 3 of the World Series, giving up five runs on seven hits and three walks over 4.1 innings in a 10-1 loss to the Milwaukee Brewers. Peralta threw 35 of his 87 pitches for balls, exiting in an eight-run fifth inning after loading the bases. Acquired from the Mets at the trade deadline, Peralta saw his playoff velocity boost undone by poor location as Tampa Bay fell into a 0-3 series hole.
