Kirk Cousins Retains Raiders Starting Job For Week 8 Matchup

Las Vegas Raiders head coach Klint Kubiak confirmed veteran Kirk Cousins will remain the team's starting quarterback for Week 8 against the New York Jets. Despite a four-game losing streak following a 3-0 start to the season, Las Vegas is holding off on inserting rookie top overall pick Fernando Mendoza into the lineup. Cousins will look to guide the offense back into the win column against a struggling 3-14 prior-year Jets squad.
