Deebo Samuel Sr. Could Return for 49ers Following Week 8 Bye

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel Sr. has a chance to return to the field following the team's Week 8 bye as he recovers from a hamstring injury, head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed Monday. San Francisco's offense ran thin at receiver during Sunday's loss to the Atlanta Falcons, making the potential post-bye returns of both Samuel and fellow wideout Mike Evans crucial for quarterback Brock Purdy and the passing attack.
