Jordan Watkins Phantom Touchdown Wiped Off in 49ers Loss

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jordan Watkins had a potential touchdown wiped off the board during Sunday's 29-20 loss to the Atlanta Falcons after video review determined he did not maintain control of the ball to the ground out of bounds and bobbled it. The controversial ruling added to a frustrating afternoon for the San Francisco offense as they dealt with officiating inconsistencies and mounting injuries throughout the contest.
