Mikel Brown Jr. Held Out For Precautionary Back Injury Maintenance

Mikel Brown Jr. was held out of Sunday's 136-109 loss to the Indiana Pacers due to back injury maintenance. Nets head coach Jordi Fernández confirmed pregame that nothing new has come up regarding the injury, noting it was purely precautionary and that Brown Jr. would be ready to go for the team's next matchup against the Boston Celtics. The winless Nets continue to navigate early-season health concerns as they search for their first victory.
