Trey Smack Suffers Rough Outing in Packers Loss to Lions

Green Bay Packers kicker Trey Smack endured a tough game in a 20-17 loss to the Detroit Lions, missing a 26-yard field goal and seeing a 35-yard attempt blocked. NFL kickers are 167-for-170 on kicks inside 37 yards this season, making Smack's two short misses exceptionally rare. While head coach Matt LaFleur stated Smack will not be cut immediately, the rookie placekicker's job security is growing increasingly hot.
