Christian McCaffrey Assures He Will Be 'Alright' After Thigh Injury

San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey gave fantasy managers and fans a brief scare after leaving the field with a thigh injury during the team's Week 7 loss to the Atlanta Falcons. However, McCaffrey was able to return to action later in the game and assured reporters afterward that he will be "alright." His quick return indicates the injury is minor as San Francisco moves forward in its regular season campaign.
