Baker Mayfield Returns From Injury to Face Carolina Panthers

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield returns from a dislocated thumb on his throwing hand for Sunday's game against the Carolina Panthers. Mayfield missed nearly a month after suffering the injury in Week 3 against the Vikings, during which undrafted rookie Jalon Daniels filled in. Panthers observers note that Mayfield's return brings a competitive edge and high stakes as he faces the team with which he has significant history.
