Steven Stamkos' Lightning Points Record Passed by Kucherov

Steven Stamkos saw his Tampa Bay Lightning franchise points record surpassed on Saturday night when former teammate Nikita Kucherov recorded his 1,138th career point against the Utah Mammoth. Stamkos previously held the top mark with 1,137 points accrued over 1,082 games in a Lightning uniform. Kucherov eclipsed the historic milestone in his 890th NHL game, posting an assist on a Brayden Point power-play goal.
