Fred VanVleet Officially Ruled Out Saturday Against Hawks

Houston Rockets guard Fred VanVleet has been officially ruled out for Saturday's matchup against the Atlanta Hawks. The veteran playmaker is sitting out the second leg of Houston's back-to-back set due to knee issues and workload management. VanVleet previously helped secure a victory over the San Antonio Spurs by hitting a buzzer-beating three-pointer before halftime, but the team will hold him out for cautious recovery.
