Dalton Knecht Signs Two-Way Deal with New York Knicks After Lakers Release
Former Los Angeles Lakers forward Dalton Knecht has signed a two-way contract with the New York Knicks, allowing him to split time with their G-League affiliate. Knecht was recently waived by the Lakers after a proposed trade to Charlotte collapsed when center Mark Williams failed a physical. Over 132 games with Los Angeles, Knecht averaged 7.1 points per game while shooting 36.8 percent from three-point range. He will wear No. 99 for New York as he seeks a fresh start.
