Anthony Davis Embraces Washington Wizards Fan Atmosphere

Anthony Davis expressed satisfaction with the fan atmosphere at Capital One Arena following the Washington Wizards' season-opening victory over the Milwaukee Bucks, enjoying a near-sellout crowd and a halftime performance by Waka Flocka Flame as the team started 1-0. Meanwhile, as Davis enters his first season with Washington making $58.4 million with a 2027-28 player option, his durability and extensive injury history will dictate whether the franchise commits substantial long-term cap space beyond his current deal.
