Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice has been ruled out for Sunday night's game against the Seattle Seahawks due to ongoing hamstring and knee injuries. Rice has remained sidelined since sustaining the injury during Week 4 against the Raiders and was unable to practice all week.
