Brody Hopkins Left Off Rays World Series Roster

Top prospect pitcher Brody Hopkins was left off the Tampa Bay Rays' 26-man World Series roster against the Milwaukee Brewers. Although Hopkins was included on the roster during the ALCS against the Cleveland Guardians, manager Kevin Cash did not find a high-leverage spot to use him due to command issues that make him a liability in tight situations. He was swapped out as Tampa Bay opted to add left-handed reliever Garrett Cleavinger instead.
