Darcy Kuemper Holds Off Islanders to Secure Regulation Point

Darcy Kuemper delivered a standout performance in goal, holding the New York Islanders at bay as his team weathered a regulation comeback that erased an early 2-0 deficit. Kuemper's strong play was the primary reason the Islanders were limited to a single regulation point before the Kings eventually secured the victory in overtime. The win halted the Islanders' brief two-winning streak while extending their own ongoing point streak through a hard-fought defensive effort.
