Artemi Panarin Scores Two Goals in Kings Overtime Victory Against Islanders

LA Kings forward Artemi Panarin scored two goals to lead Los Angeles to a 3-2 overtime victory against the New York Islanders on Thursday. Panarin beat backup goaltender Semyon Varlamov glove-side twice on the Kings' first five shots, building an early 2-0 lead. The two-goal effort gives Panarin four points over his last two games following a slow start where he recorded four points through six contests, helping LA secure back-to-back wins on their five-game road trip.
