Casey Mittelstadt Scores Opening Goal in Bruins Blowout Win

Boston Bruins forward Casey Mittelstadt opened the scoring just 3:49 into Thursday night's 6-0 victory against the Nashville Predators. Receiving a cross-ice pass from David Pastrnak, Mittelstadt fired a shot past netminder Justus Annunen's right shoulder to give Boston an early lead they would not relinquish. Mittelstadt's early strike set the tone for Boston as the team scored six goals for the third time during the 2026-27 season.
