Elmer Soderblom Steps Into Penguins Lineup in Victory Over Panthers

Pittsburgh Penguins forward Elmer Soderblom joined the active lineup for Thursday's 4-0 victory over the Florida Panthers, stepping in amid injuries to Bryan Rust, Ben Kindel, and Egor Chinakhov. Soderblom attempted a shot under pressure from Dmitry Kulikov in the first period as Pittsburgh reshuffled its bottom forward depth. The game provided Soderblom an expanded opportunity to showcase his physical presence while contributing to a dominant team win.
