Hendrix Lapierre Scores Highlight Goal in Penguins Win Over Panthers

Pittsburgh Penguins forward Hendrix Lapierre scored his first goal of the season and recorded an assist in a 4-0 victory against the Florida Panthers on Thursday. Capitalizing on an expanded lineup role due to key injuries, Lapierre took a saucer pass from Ville Koivunen on the rush, controlled the rolling puck on his backhand, and beat Cooper Black on the forehand. The goal was just the 15th of his 165-game career, capping an impactful night.
