Omarion Hampton Ranked Highly Among 2nd-Year Backs Despite Struggles

Despite a rough season with the winless Chargers, Omarion Hampton is ranked third among second-year backs by Bleacher Report's Gary Davenport. He has exceeded 15 carries just once this season, with his yards-per-carry average dropping. The talent is there, but the situation is a nightmare.
