Will Shipley Out as Barkley Nears Return

Eagles RB Saquon Barkley is expected to practice and play against the Cowboys, while RB Will Shipley is out. Barkley's return provides a boost to a depleted backfield. Barkley has 36 carries for 182 yards and four catches for eight yards this season. His return comes as the Eagles try to snap a four-game losing streak.
