Kent Johnson High-Sticks Jake McCabe in Blue Jackets Loss to Leafs

During the Columbus Blue Jackets' 6-2 loss to the Toronto Maple Leafs, forward Kent Johnson caught Leafs defenseman Jake McCabe under his visor with a high stick. The play resulted in McCabe leaving the contest for precautionary reasons. Johnson and the Blue Jackets were unable to secure a victory as Toronto controlled the matchup, but serious injury to McCabe appears to have been avoided following the high-sticking incident.
