Drew Commesso Featured as 'Goalie of the Future' in THN Issue

Chicago Blackhawks prospect Drew Commesso was highlighted in The Hockey News' 2026 Goalie Issue as a "Goalie of the Future." Selected 46th overall in 2020, Commesso holds a 2-2-0 record with one shutout, a 2.61 GAA, and a .901 save percentage across five NHL appearances. Currently developing with the AHL's Rockford IceHogs, his contract transitions to a one-way deal in 2027-28, positioning him to become Spencer Knight's primary backup once Arvid Soderblom's contract expires.
