Herbert Jones Excluded From Starting Lineup in Opener

New Orleans Pelicans forward Herbert Jones will not be in the starting lineup for Wednesday's regular-season opening game against the Indiana Pacers. Jones will instead begin the contest coming off the bench as head coach Willie Green adjusts his rotation for the opening night matchup. The Pelicans are looking for strong contributions from their depth pieces as they tip off the new campaign against a formidable Pacers squad.
