Los Angeles Kings forward Quinton Byfield is considered day-to-day with an upper-body injury after exiting Tuesday's game against the Capitals. It remains unclear if he will be available for Thursday's game against the Islanders. As a precautionary move, the Kings recalled Jared Wright. Over his first seven appearances of the regular season, Byfield has recorded one goal, one assist, two blocked shots, and one hit while averaging 18:26 of ice time per game.
