Guard Brandon Williams Unlocks Partial Contract Guarantee With Warriors

Unsurprisingly, guard Brandon Williams has made the Golden State Warriors' opening roster, unlocking a partial contract guarantee for roughly $1.4 million of his $2.6 million salary. Williams had no guarantees heading into the preseason. After coming off a strong stint with the Dallas Mavericks last season where he averaged 13.0 points and 3.9 assists across 66 games, Williams is expected to lead a significant portion of the Warriors' second-unit offense as a dynamic on-ball creator.
