Carson Steele Waived With Injury Designation by Eagles

Philadelphia Eagles running back Carson Steele was waived with an injury designation on Tuesday after sustaining a shoulder injury in Week 6. Steele had recorded one catch for four yards against the Panthers and played in two games overall for Philadelphia. The roster move was part of a backfield shakeup that also saw Jaydon Blue waived and Elijah Mitchell signed from the practice squad to join Saquon Barkley and Dameon Pierce on the active 53-man roster.
