Jaydon Blue Waived as Eagles Shake Up Running Back Room

The Philadelphia Eagles waived running back Jaydon Blue on Tuesday as part of a series of roster moves in the backfield. Blue had signed to the active roster ahead of last Sunday's loss to the Panthers but did not see any playing time. Alongside Blue, running back Carson Steele was waived with an injury designation after hurting his shoulder in Week 6, while Elijah Mitchell was signed off the practice squad to bolster depth behind Saquon Barkley and Dameon Pierce.
