AJ Dybantsa Ruled Out for Wizards Opener Due to Left Ankle Injury

Washington Wizards No. 1 overall pick AJ Dybantsa has been ruled out of the season opener against the Milwaukee Bucks due to a left ankle injury suffered during Friday's preseason finale against the Pelicans. Listed as day-to-day by head coach Brian Keefe, Dybantsa participated in shooting drills and practice, but his NBA debut is delayed until at least Friday against Toronto. He averaged 25.5 points at BYU and 12.8 points over four preseason outings.
