Jake Allen to Start Against Avalanche on 500th NHL Game Milestone Night

Jake Allen will get the home start against the Avalanche and be honored for playing in 500 regular-season NHL games. He enters Tuesday's tough matchup with a 3-2-0 record, 3.18 GAA, and .876 save percentage over his first five appearances. Allen has won two of his last three games and is slowly trending upward, though facing Colorado will present a stern test for the 36-year-old netminder on his milestone night.
