Jayson Tatum Ready to Lead Boston Celtics into 2026-27 NBA Season

Celtics players and staff shared their favorite Jayson Tatum moments and memories as the superstar forward prepares to lead Boston into the 2026-27 season opener against the Detroit Pistons. Tatum played just 16 games last season after returning from an Achilles injury on March 6, averaging 21.8 points, 10 rebounds, and 5.8 assists. Following a strong preseason, Tatum looks to prove he remains a perennial first-team All-NBA player, positioning the Celtics as top contenders in the East.
