Mitchell Robinson Joins Celtics in Free Agency After 8 Years with Knicks

Mitchell Robinson signed with the Boston Celtics in free agency, ending an eight-year tenure with the New York Knicks. As the Knicks prepare for their season opener against the Philadelphia 76ers, former teammate Andre Drummond steps into the backup center role to replace Robinson, who was recognized as one of the NBA's premier offensive rebounders. New York head coach Mike Brown noted that the roster will need collective effort to compensate for Robinson's departure.
