Steelers To Sign Marquez Valdes-Scantling To Practice Squad

The Pittsburgh Steelers are re-signing veteran wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling to their practice squad following his release by the Chargers over the weekend. Valdes-Scantling previously caught 10 passes for 80 yards and a touchdown in five games with Pittsburgh last season. The signing provides much-needed depth with top wideouts Michael Pittman Jr. and Roman Wilson on injured reserve and Ben Skowronek dealing with a calf injury.
