CJ Huntley Waived by Phoenix Suns in Roster Shakeup

The Phoenix Suns have waived big man CJ Huntley alongside guard Koby Brea as the team trims its roster ahead of the regular season. Huntley originally joined Phoenix on a two-way contract after going undrafted out of Appalachian State in 2025. Despite putting up a productive G League season with the Valley Suns averaging 15.4 points and 7.9 rebounds over 42 appearances, Phoenix opted to move on, leaving the team with an open standard roster spot.
